SSDCElectronic Rebate Offer Management System

The Electronic Rebate Offer Management System (eROMS) of the Sovereign States Drug Consortium (SSDC) supports the work of the SSDC and is a product of Change Healthcare.

The SSDC is a collaborative group of Medicaid states focused on providing quality pharmaceutical care while controlling costs. The primary activity of the SSDC is a Medicaid drug rebate program that negotiates for rebates in addition to those required under the federal Medicaid Drug Rebate Program. The SSDC also provides a forum for Member States to cooperate in other areas of pharmacy benefit administration and management in their pharmacy benefit programs. One such project is a diabetic supply rebate program.

CY2018 Supplemental Rebate (SR) Bid Schedule:
• Bidding submission period: April 3, 2017 – May 5, 2017
• Bid posting and CY2018 contract start date: January 1, 2018
• Change Healthcare posts manufacturer decisions notifications: December 4, 2017
CY2018 SRA templates for SSDC states will be posted to the website under Document Downloads. The state of MS has made some revisions to the CY2018 SRA template and will be submitting to CMS for SPA approval. All other SSDC state’s templates are to remain the same as the previous year.
